Security is not a phase — it is a property of the system. DevSecOps controls, identity boundaries, and compliance validations are designed in from the start, not retrofitted after the platform is live.
03 — Observability as Infrastructure
Observability is how teams maintain ownership. Without structured logging, distributed tracing, alerting, and dashboards, teams are operating blind. We treat observability as infrastructure, not an afterthought.
04 — AI Augments Judgment
AI accelerates engineering work. It does not replace engineering judgment. We use AI tooling to improve throughput — not to reduce accountability. People own the architecture, the security posture, and the outcomes.
